Our Partner Packages

The process is simple.  

You order the boxes.

 We ship you the boxes.

You give the boxes to the Birth Mother.

What comes in our Membership Box?

• 1 year membership to LIFE AFTER PLACEMENT
• Leather Journal and Crown Pen
• 2 arrow jewelry pieces
• 1 positive affirmation mirror decal
• All printed material about our membership and their personal redemption code to access the online community
• Each Partner will be assigned an account number so that we can help you track the memberships being used

What are your ordering options?

We are strongly encouraging you as the professional to keep boxes on hand so that the Birth Mother doesn't have to wait to receive information about community.  We want her to know that whenever she is READY that she has that information available to her.  

1.  If you are ordering in bulk you can download the order form and email that order to Lynea@lifeafterplacement.  You will receive an invoice for your order and we will ship boxes within 5-7 days of receiving payment in full.

2.  If you want to just order a single box you can click on that option and it will direct you to the shop.  You will click on MEMBERSHIP BOX and place your order.  Please let us know WHICH business this is heading to.  We will be assigning you an account number for the women to use as a redemption code to activate their membership when they are ready.  

3.  Your organization will be added to an exclusive partner list that will be made public so that any expectant mother searching or any other adoption professional researching will know that your offices are a part of our post care support.

What Is Her Process?

So you have given the box to the Birth Mother so now what?!

Now it is up to her.  When she is ready she will have all the information that she needs to activate her membership.

Once that activation is complete she will be prompted through the rest of our process through a series of emails explaining our membership program and all that comes with it.

Her year long membership will not begin until she activates her account!

1.  Welcome Letter.  This gives a little background of why we are here and why we value community healing.

2.  Get to know you questionnaire.  This allows us a chance to verify that she is a birth mother.  The safety of our members is a huge priority.
